We have three awards categories that will be offered at our event. Read below to learn more about our amazing sponsored awards, along with some other prizes we have to offer at Excel Dance Experience.

Excel Dance Experience Awards

  • Excel Standout Scholarships

    In each style, choreographer's will select dancers from their classes who excelled in their combo to award these scholarships to. Two mini/junior dancers and two teen/senior dancers for each genre will receive the following:

    Excel Standout Scholarship:

    • 50% Excel Dance Experience scholarship that can be used towards the Fall 2025 or Summer 2026 conventions
    • Special Excel Dance Experience Merch!

  • Excel Assistant Title

    During the audition class, the judging panel will select one dancer from each room to award the Excel Assistant Title. The dancer's who are granted this title will receive the following:

    Mini/Junior Excel Assistant:

    • 100% Excel Dance Experience Scholarship that can be used towards the Fall 2025 and Summer 2026 conventions
    • Opportunity to assist at the Fall 2025 and Summer 2026 Excel Dance Experience Conventions.
    • Stardom Dance Costumes Class Wear Gift Card
    • Special Excel Dance Experience Merch!

    Teen/Senior Excel Assistant:

    • 100% Excel Dance Experience Scholarship that can be used towards the Fall 2025 and Summer 2026 conventions
    • Opportunity to assist at the Fall 2025 and Summer 2026 Excel Dance Experience Conventions.
    • $200 Cash Scholarship, donated by Stardom Dance Costumes
    • Special Excel Dance Experience Merch!

  • Excel Improv Winners

    The top three dancers from each improv challenge (mini/junior and teen/senior) will be announced and awarded the following:

    Excel Improv Runner-Ups:

    • 25% Excel Dance Experience Scholarship that can be used towards the Fall 2025 or Summer 2026 conventions
    • Special Excel Dance Experience Merch!

    Mini/Junior Excel Improv Winner:

    • 25% Excel Dance Experience Scholarship that can be used towards the Fall 2025 or Summer 2026 conventions
    • Free Stardom Dance Costumes Solo Costume

    Teen/Senior Excel Improv Winner:
